What is your shipping policy?
We offer standard shipping across the United States. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and delivered via major carriers like UPS or USPS.
Can I track the exact field where my food was grown?
Absolutely. Each bag features a unique QR code or lot code that allows you to see the exact field location and harvest date of your specific product.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days for a full refund or replacement.
